Join us on Tuesday, November 7th at 7:00 PM for a delicious five course wine dinner with wine pairings presented by The Prisoner Wine Company, and our executive chef, William Lewis. Escape from your usual dinner plans and enjoy these five courses.

1st Course
Potato & Bacon: Fall Potatoes Wrapped with Nueske’s Bacon, Black Garlic Schmear, Cheddar Crisp, and Celery Root – Pairing – Prisoner Blindfold

2nd Course
Muscovy Duck Slider: Rosemary-Cocoa Rub, Cepe Mushroom, Buttery Brioche Cracklings, Pickled Cranberry Remoulade – Pairing – Prisoner Thorn

3rd Course
Cheese Plate: Fried Haloumi with Fennel & Orange Mac & Cheese ‘Fritter’ with Braised Leeks Goat Cheese Crostini w/ Pumpkin Seed & Oil – Pairing – Prisoner Cuttings

4th Course
Whole Roast Filet Mignon: Seared with Smoked Sea Salt, Served Sliced with Two Day Cioppolini with Figs, Fairytale Pumpkin Pomegranate-Prisoner Reduction – Pairing – The Prisoner

5th Course
Chocolate Lava Cake: Served Warm with Cherry Ice Cream, Black Pepper Chocolate Sauce Almond Cookie & Saldo Soaked Plums – Pairing – Prisoner Saldo
