Estancia Winery Holiday Wine Dinner

Join us on Tuesday, December 12th at 7:00 PM for our Annual Tony’s Place Wine Dinner. For 2017 we will be featuring wines from the Estancia Winery in California. Our Holiday Wine Dinner is a 5 course dinner featuring local grown and prepared dishes including:
1st Course: Classic Ahi Tartare
Line Caught Big Eye Tune, Hand Diced Apple Soy, Ginger Oil, Apricot Gelee
Pairing – 2016 Unoaked Chardonnay, Monterey County
2nd Course: Cheese & Crackers
Cheddar Cracker, a Bacon Wrapped Asian Pear, Honey, Lemon -and- Cheddar Tuile, a Cheddar Cheese “Ball”
Pairing – 2016 Pinot Grigio
3rd Course: Spice Rubbed Quail
Semi Boneless, Grilled King Mushroom, Golden Beet, Watercress Dried Cherry – Salsa Noir
Pairing – 2016 Pinot Noir , Monterey County –and- 2012 Pinot Noir Single Vineyard – Santa Lucia Highlands
4th Course: Prime Filet Mignon: Hand Selected PRIME Filet Mignon Hasselback Potato, French Green Beans, and Red Wine Braised Shallot, Dry Aged Butter
Pairing – 2013 Meritage Reserve Paso Robles
5th Course (dessert): Chocolate Espresso Torte: Vanilla Bean Gelato, Dark Chocolate Ganache and Black Currant: Cabernet Preserves, Hazelnut Cookie
