Amuse: Zack’s BBQ Kettle Chips
First: Short Rib Tostado
Korean Style Bul-Kogi BBQ, Watermelon Radish, Cilantro, Citrus Sesame, Coriander-IPA Aioli. Paired with Two Hearted Ale
Second: Smoked Pork Slider
Toasted Brioche Roll, Mango-Habanero Hot Sauce, Bread & Butter Pickle, Crispy Spring Onion. Paired with Mango Habanero Oberon.
Third: Lobster ‘Salad’
Chipotle Ranch, Avocado, Parsley, Oranges. Paired with Oarsman.
Main Course: PRIME Filet Mignon
Potato Pave, Asparagus, Horseradish Béarnaise. Paired with Mars.
Finale: Dark Chocolate Cake
Raspberry Center, Pecan Caramel, Vanilla Custard, Pear Sorbet Paired with Expedition Stout.
